How you doin there buddy?

I realized I been gradually letting my portions get bigger so I kinda stalled on the weight loss so now Im going back to small portions and gonna try doing 2 a day cardio.
Can you explain cals in vs cals out? does that mean if I eat 2600cals i'd have to burn 2600cals to see a difference? that doesnt sound right..

No. To lose weight yo have to be in a caloric deficit. Meaning you are bruning more than you are taking in. Like if you are burning 2600 you want to take in 2100. You want to run 500 cals below maint to lose weight. that is a good starting point and you should see a min of 1lb weight loss per week at that number. However once you get it dialed in and have a baseline you can increase the deficit to the point where you are losing weight but just before you lose muscle mass. That is the sweet spot. I have been as low as 2100 cals a day and was tired as hell but I was cutting like a mofo. make sense?

Lol!! Venice isn't bad just till it turns night time then its a grimy ass place in some areas. My ex worked at this healthy chicken joint over there and would close sometimes so I got to witness some of the weirdness.
 
I know...I've heard that about it at night...like most places I guess. There was a great beach in San Diego I'd go to at night when I was down there for awhile. Lotsa surfers and bon fires and free spirited fun. Then my visa ran out and I got sent home....(: Boo!

Me too! Although, I've been MIA a lot too. Work has been so busy I haven't had much time to surf. Working 12 hour days and then soccer stuff with my son.

School is going good its going by super fast..I got 3 weeks left till my next term they are only 9 weeks long so they throw a shit load of work at you each week but so far straight A's :D

I forgot to tell you guys..last friday I ran into that girl that was on her rag..she didn't smell like rott crotch this time. It was fuggin great but now I feel like shit lol :worried:

Our primary isn't until May. We never get to actually participate in the decision making, by then it's a done deal.
