Upped the weights on my hammer curls, bicep curls, barbell curls and preacher curls ... I think I might have pushed myself too hard on them ... but it's good, pain in the muscle usually indicates that fibres have torn, and with some supplementational and AAS assistance combined with EATING, it means that growth is going to take place ...

My car is back! One new engine and new turbo later, and it's good as new. And the evil Altima loaner car is gone!

I don't know if a 2011 Altima with 3500 miles technically qualifies as a "clunker", but I hated it all the same. Too big, too soft, floaty suspension, cheap ass interior, a very unpleasant engine, and a CVT. It was an appliance. At least it kept me dry and got me to work.
