Any rants or raves for the "Body Sculpting Bible for Women" by James Villepigue and Hugo Rivera?

I am 22 years old, 144.5, 27% bf and 5'3 looking to lose some weight and get some definition...

My first goal is 135 and 21-22% bf. Don't know how long that will take though...guess a month or so?
