Knees hurting like a bitch today so I decided to leave squats until friday. Not really much of a workout to be honest but still better than nothing.
Trap bar deadlifts warmup then 550 x 5,6,5
Bench warmup then 285 x 5,5,4
Dips + 130 x 5,5 + 180 BOMBED GRRRR
Dips 50 in 7:48 for shits and giggles.
That is all. Next time I will do better.
ps. my training partner got a not-too-hard rep with 400 on the trap bar on this first time using it. Not too shabby imo.
