You can be sued for anything, you might not win but you can sue anyway. I.E. Nothing illegal was done in the McDonalds coffee spilling incident. Nothing illegal is done when someone slips and falls in a shopping mall, but law suits still arise.

Good point. But isn't there some kind of time limit during which you must sue? Like if I slip and fall in a grocery store (you know, since I haven't been walking for almost my ENTIRE LIFE like most other people and I'm prone to falling for no reason), don't I have to sue some time before, say, my 50th birthday?

Was slave work legal in Germany during WWII? (I don't know.)

If it was, then LEGALLY, they should not pay. The people responsible should be subject to some kind of heinous divine punishment, but legally, they should be untouchable if they broke no laws.

If it was illegal, then they should have to pay reparations to anyone who can prove that he was directly affected in a negative way by the use of slavery during WWII.

No.

There is something called tort law which allows people to sue for (basically) a breach of civil law. A "slip and fall" case is a common example of this.

The Trail Lawyers Association is among the largest contributors to the Democratic Party, in order to prevent any tort reform.

Tort law is important, but the dockets are a little clogged.

Out of curiosity, white people lived in slavery under feudalism for over a thousand years (feudalism was basically the same thing as slavery), so why is black slavery important? there isn't a group alive that wasn't slaves at one point, even the word 'slave' comes from slav, ie eastern europe, a country populated by non-blacks.

Read a book about charlemagne, ancient greek/rome or feudalism. Slavery is/was everywhere.
