bis/tris

I train my bis and tris on the same day. Have done so since i began. Is there really anything wrong with it. I personally find it easier to do so.

I currently do back, bis, and tris same day. Don't see any problem with it.

Next time I change up my workout though, I'll likely do chest and tris, back and shoulders, legs and bis, something like that.

I usually do back and bis together one day, chest and tris one day and about once every 2 weeks do a bicep/tripcep 'blaster". :spin:

Occasionally I'll change my split to chest and bi's, and shoulders and tri's. But to answer your question, no there is nothing wrong w/ training bi's and tri's in one day.

i personally like it better also,if i do it on chest day i worn out to hit tri's hard.since i changed to bi/tri...i get better workouts.......:mix:
