Today was probably the best workout i've had despite still being sore, aggravating my back and not lifting that much. Worked out at 10 when the gym closed and had the whole place to myself as well as 5 other buddies and just had a balls out hardcore training session, yelling and screaming, etc. Best possible atmosphere for serious lifting. We are going to try and make this a regular thing. Nothing more motivating then 5-6 guys all getting fired up yelling at each other.

Whole left side of my body is tight again. Gonna go in for a deep tissue this week probably because its wayyyyyyyy to tight need to get it loosened to where i can deal with the pain. Took my shirt off half way thru the work out since it was getting hot as fuck and on shrugs i could clearly see my left trap tensing wayyyyyyyyyyyy the fuck up and not firing at the same time as the right and its swollen now. I'll probably take tomorrow off then do back and legs friday or just back and do legs sat/sun.
Sounds like the perfect environment for lifting indeed
