Strength down today probably from drinking, staying up late and shitty eating, lol. Gotta enjoy the summer while its here tho! Gonna try and get the diet started this week so i start making some better gains, pretty much done drinking for the rest of the summer. Also started an accutane regimen this week and the shit is already drying me out like a bastard. Joints and tendons are already starting to ache (just what i want

) and i am pretty much dehydrated all the time, drinking shit loads of water and juice all day long. Probably went thru a gallon + just now at the gym. Hopefully it will only be another week or two on this crap before i can stop.

V bar pushdowns -
50lbs x12 for 4 or 5 sets then did a drop set 50lbs x10, 40lbs x8, 30lbs x20
DB Curls -
15lbs x10, 20lbs x10, 25lbs x10, 30lbs x10, 40lbs x3 One right after another just a big dropset
Then i did a few sets of cable curls but my arms were so pumped i could barely move them so called it a day.
I'd really like to compete at the MA state championships in august but it doesnt look like it will be happening. My muscular endurance is thru the roof, better then it has ever been before but strength just isin't there. If it was a light show and was all about who does the most reps or fastest time i would def. give it a go but as of now not looking good
