Yeah these are by far the hardest gym training sessions i have ever had. Never been sore this DEEP in the muscle for so long and i am putting on a good amount of weight considering how poor my diet is.
 
Strength down today probably from drinking, staying up late and shitty eating, lol. Gotta enjoy the summer while its here tho! Gonna try and get the diet started this week so i start making some better gains, pretty much done drinking for the rest of the summer. Also started an accutane regimen this week and the shit is already drying me out like a bastard. Joints and tendons are already starting to ache (just what i want :rolleyes: ) and i am pretty much dehydrated all the time, drinking shit loads of water and juice all day long. Probably went thru a gallon + just now at the gym. Hopefully it will only be another week or two on this crap before i can stop.

Incline DB Bench -

55lbs x10
65lbs x10
90lbs x6, x5

Incline BB Bench -

95lbs x12,x10,x8,x10, x10

Chest Press Machine -

50lbs x30
75lbs x25, x25

Pec Dec -

120lbs x12 5 sets

V bar pushdowns -

50lbs x12 for 4 or 5 sets then did a drop set 50lbs x10, 40lbs x8, 30lbs x20

DB Curls -

15lbs x10, 20lbs x10, 25lbs x10, 30lbs x10, 40lbs x3 One right after another just a big dropset

Then i did a few sets of cable curls but my arms were so pumped i could barely move them so called it a day.



I'd really like to compete at the MA state championships in august but it doesnt look like it will be happening. My muscular endurance is thru the roof, better then it has ever been before but strength just isin't there. If it was a light show and was all about who does the most reps or fastest time i would def. give it a go but as of now not looking good :(. Right now i am shooting to compete in the decmeber comp that usually comes around that my training group has every year.
 
Warmed up on elliptical for like 2-3mins.

Wide Lat Pulls downs -

Not sure of weight it was a weird ass machine i never use and the highest weight was like 80lbs or something but def. was not 80 more like 200+.
Did 3 sets of 10 increasing weight 1 plate each time.

Deads -

135lbs x10
225lbs x6
315lbs x1
405lbs x3 straps
500lbs x1
520lbs x fail

Machine Rows -

70lbs x25 way to easy
80lbs x25 too easy
90lbs x25 a little tough

Shitted around doing some highpulls but it was hurting my shoulders.

Bent over DB reverse flys -

25lbs x10 4-5 sets i forget

Seated row superset with DB Row -

150lbs x8 then 100lb DB for 6 each arm did 3 sets of these, fucking sucked i was wiped after the 2nd one!
 
Lovin' this new cardio ability i have! lol. Damn good solo leg workout today, i almost puked!

Squats -

135lbs x15
225lbs x12
315lbs x8
405lbs x4 + belt
500lbs x1 + belt

Hack Squat -

2 plates per side - 8 reps for 4 sets

Leg Press -

3 plates per side x20, x17 was so light headed and ready to puke at this point i called it quits.
 
awesome bro. nothing like heavy squats!

haven't tried any heavier weight than 385x5....

don't use a belt either. i think im going to try for 500x1 squat and 500x1 deadlift in a few months.

you get any DOMS from that leg workout?
 
Yeah not as bad as when i was just starting to get back into things and couldnt walk for a week and kept falling down, lol.

BB Incline Bench -

135lbs x10
185lbs x10
225lbs x5 x5 x5
225lbs x5 stripped a plate from each side to get 135 then did 4 more

DB Incline Bench -

80lbs x5
70lbs x5 4 sets

Chest Press Machine -

150lbs x5 repped then 5 pause deep in the hole for 10 total. x7 x7 x7 on all those 7 sets first 5 were repped last 2 were paused.

Pec Deck -

130lbs x20
175lbs x5
190lbs x3
200lbs x3

Rope Pushdowns -

60lbs x8
55lbs x8 x8
 
Today was probably the best workout i've had despite still being sore, aggravating my back and not lifting that much. Worked out at 10 when the gym closed and had the whole place to myself as well as 5 other buddies and just had a balls out hardcore training session, yelling and screaming, etc. Best possible atmosphere for serious lifting. We are going to try and make this a regular thing. Nothing more motivating then 5-6 guys all getting fired up yelling at each other :).

Seated DB Shoulder Press -

75lbs x10, x10
65lbs x8, x10

BB Military/push press -

95lbs x 10, x8
115lbs x8, x8
Repped as many as possible strict then used leg drive when we got tired.

Machine OHP -

60lbs x50
80lbs x50 <-- this set was fucking brutal.

Rear Delt DB Flys -

20lbs x15, x12, x12

Shrugs -

135lbs x20
225lbs x6
315lbs x6
405lbs x6 straps added
500lbs x8

all double overhand grip.

Whole left side of my body is tight again. Gonna go in for a deep tissue this week probably because its wayyyyyyyy to tight need to get it loosened to where i can deal with the pain. Took my shirt off half way thru the work out since it was getting hot as fuck and on shrugs i could clearly see my left trap tensing wayyyyyyyyyyyy the fuck up and not firing at the same time as the right and its swollen now. I'll probably take tomorrow off then do back and legs friday or just back and do legs sat/sun.
