I worked chest yesterday and decided that I am going to have to go back to BB presses instead of DB's on incline and flat. I can press way more weight on the DB's than I can get in possition. My new routine will be something like this.
1) incline bb press 4x6-8
2) flat bench 4x6-8
3) decline 3x8
4) hammer strength wide chest 3x6
I am also going to add incline flyes, very light to begin with because of my shoulder.
