BF % Estimate

there is no way to estimate someone's body fat accurately. get some calipers, and have your BF checked

Your saying i'm a fat git? lol.

My calipers also say that i'm 11.5% body fat. I wonder if thats accurate, i measured it in the right place.

Could it also be that because i don't have much muscle i might not look like i have such a low BF %, but i might actually be at that BF %?
