best way to add mass to arms?

hey bro's Im in the same situation as a few of you, Im 15, 178 with 14inch biceps and 13inch forearms, lol way out of proportion.

This is what Im doing now and it gives me the sickest pump ever

Reverse Close Chins 4 sets to 1 rep short of failure
Standing BB Curl 3x8-10 superset with incline Db curl 3x12-15
Pinwheel curls 3x10-15

if your hardcore enough try the incline curl as zottman curls :evil: i used to do that but the forearm burn/pump was so bad it made me keep dropping the Db's lol
 
I have read somewhere that the solution to this problem is not INCREASING your arm workout, but DECREASING. You use your arms in every lift, so you might be overtraining them, there is a famous bodybuilder who had an awesome biceps and in an interview in youtube they asked him about his secret training for his biceps, he said that the arms is the least bodypart he trains and thats his secret. Gonna try to find that video.
 
working harder is more often a mistake than solution when it comes to bi's. try it for a while and see if it works. if not do less work on them than you did before.
