hey guys

im 6-2. 90kg, 31 yr old and been gyming it and eating right for about 3 yrs. pretty lean (bout 10-12%) but just cant loose the gut. the rest is very well defined but yer got the hariditory pot belly from my father. whats the best fat stripper. injectable l-carn? etc etc
 
clen or winny works well if you focus more on cardio and a super strict diet... i had the same problem, about the same measurements, and i ran low dose of clen and focused most of my training towards cardio only actually lifting twice a week for 2 months. problem solved.....
 
adjust your diet...diet and cardio is what works...if you use aas to get lean all its gonna happen is after tyour done your gonna go right back since your diet hasnt improved...
post up your exact diet what you eat and in what meals etc...

The title of this thread gave me a chuckle.......fat strippers.

I hate clen, T3 makes me so tired when I come off of it, T-rex kicks ass. The best fat burner I have ever used was the old Hydroxycut. The best thing out right now IMO is Lipostim3 in the morning and Lipoflame before workouts/cardio. I was doing great and then I got sick and my diet went to shit. I'm going to start back up this week or next.
 
I know exactly where youre coming from. I had the same prob....main area I had a bit of fat is pretty much exactly where you dont want it.

What worked for me: (and only works if you continue to do)

Cut out beer and other alcohol.

Cardio in the AM at least 3x a week....continue lifting in the evenings 3 or 4 times a week, just more focused on intensity than strengh gains

DIET had to cut the cals. It sucked till i got used to it. And I cheated one day a week to shock my metabolism and reward myself. This is the only thing that has ever really worked for me. I even tried clen and t3, didnt notice much if ANY diff...the real results come from good diet and cardio consistency. Which is hard to hear, but the truth hurts. lol.

I know everyone says this, and I was the guy that wanted to find out for myself. And I did.

basic diet but does vary a bit

breaky

4 eggs
piece of ham
protein shake

lunch

grilled chicken salad or something like ft long subway sub (turkey/ham)

arvo tea

300gr steak
greens

usually train after this meal then

protein shake

dinner

red salmon salad with a few salady things chucked in. as ya do

b4 bed

protein shake

cardio usually 3 times a week as i play A grade aust rules football.

how do you guys feel about masteron associated with fat loss? some say its good for cutting fat and some say they don't get too much from it

masteron will give you strength and drive which will help while dieting... really the best for cutting is prop and tren...nothign else compares
 
Diet and cradio! I did not actually believe it for a few years and did not get the results that I wanted....now it is all diet! Clean Brother...Clean!
 
ah i see. so tren/mast/prop is not too much better than just tren and prop?
i was just meaning if you were to only use 2 substances..i would do tren prop instead of prop masteron.....but if you had all 3 tren prop masteron that would be a great cycle with excellent results as long as your diet is dialed in
 
lol. I believe if you have body fat for a long period of time and attempt to lose it years later it's much more difficult so you'll have to work harder to get it off but whats been said so far is great advice, you can do it, if you really want to. Not exactly sure if any of those high caffeine diet pills really help or not but I think they might possibly increase your metabolism which might help a bit you'll have to try it if you haven't done so already in the past, to see how well they work for you.
 
cardio and diet is easily most important ... after that u can add a good fat burner like lipoflame to give u an edge

dnp strips fat like no other .. but its a deadly compound if used wrong .. so i wouldnt advise it to anyone .. 1 true thing u can lose weight on and not even have to exercise

What is prop? And do you use it with tren or on it's own?

I was thinking about going on clen in the new year, so maybe i shouldn't.
 
Olga from Russia!!! I'll tell you what worked for me....Sprints just running sprints makes me lean as a greyhound!!! I dont like to run on the treadmill that often so sprints work well. If you like the treadmill or can handle 30min a day then I suggest doing 30min 1st thing in the A.M. before you eat.
Just down .5 liter of water and get to it, you can add a fat burner like jet fuel to increase the heart rate.
 
There were 2 fatburners that worked very well for me.

ECA stack and Clenbuterol.

I'm not sure which one worked better because I've used ECA much longer than Clen. Clen was just a small trial but I could feel the heat and I got a bit leaner in the 18 or so days I was taking it. I'm going to try it again before Spring starts to cut down.

ECA definitely works great for me and I feel good on it too.
 
the best fat stripper i ever used is dnp.. got to be honest, nothing even came close.. but the sides arent worth it ..something u could die from if used improperly or from a bad reaction

What was your daily calorie intake while taking off those last few pounds on the gut?
