Olga from Russia!!!I'll tell you what worked for me....Sprints just running sprints makes me lean as a greyhound!!! I dont like to run on the treadmill that often so sprints work well. If you like the treadmill or can handle 30min a day then I suggest doing 30min 1st thing in the A.M. before you eat. Just down .5 liter of water and get to it, you can add a fat burner like jet fuel to increase the heart rate.
There were 2 fatburners that worked very well for me.
ECA stack and Clenbuterol.
I'm not sure which one worked better because I've used ECA much longer than Clen. Clen was just a small trial but I could feel the heat and I got a bit leaner in the 18 or so days I was taking it. I'm going to try it again before Spring starts to cut down.
ECA definitely works great for me and I feel good on it too.
the best fat stripper i ever used is dnp.. got to be honest, nothing even came close.. but the sides arent worth it ..something u could die from if used improperly or from a bad reaction

clen or winny works well if you focus more on cardio and a super strict diet... i had the same problem, about the same measurements, and i ran low dose of clen and focused most of my training towards cardio only actually lifting twice a week for 2 months. problem solved.....
