I am a vegeterain who does not eat red meat or chicken. However, I do eat seafood and have been eating egg whites. I have a figure competition on 8-11 (my first) wednesday and thursday are my carb depletion days. i have also been told no sodium those days either. Well, that means no tuna (low sodium is what i have been eating). Someone suggest red snapper, grilled or baked. Any suggestions for me. I am 5'1 and weigh at 101 right now. I don't want to starve myself these tow days. What should i eat. Help.
