we'll, i'm just getting back into bb after a battle with the wrong kind of shit. i used to post on this board under the name Ironclan. don't know what happened to that account, it has been a few years. while living in los angeles i got caught up in the party scene, started doing speed and a few years later here i am. finally gave that shit up! now that i got my weight up, it's time to build the physique that i once had.

we'll it's just good to see some of the same bro's are still around. am looking forward to the help and knowledge you all provide and to helping out when i am able as well.
