Upper lat and traps look good, maybe u r not flexing right but lower lat looks a bit soft


I would do some bent over rows and some DB rows to bring that up. For me it has helped alot to bring that area up.

You deff look wide tho

i'm a pretty big fan brotha. libido is sky high off of just proviron when needed at 800mg ew of eq and no sides. my bp is 120/80 so i am very happy. i was up 9lbs of mass but i just moved and lost a good 4 which i'm getting back as we speak.

thanks doc, they are 6 weeks old, my girl is annoying as hell about me touching her digi so i made her email them to me. i will post again when my cycle is up. eq is still kickin ass so i am not coming off yet.

no mustang i don't now, i really was fucking up my back with heavy presses and deads. should i do lighter deads with more reps you think. i just can't have my back the way it was, the lower part hurt so bad i couldn't even sit in the car
 
bro ur back is definitely lookin good especially how V'd out u are, the lats and traps look real good i think that the only work might be to cut it up at the end of the cycle, other than that im very impressed with you

Fuck ya Bruce! I like your style bro...staying lean and packing on good quality muscle. You really are making some good progress. EQ kicks ass eh! I use it in all my cycles now instead of test. Might try out primo instead next time because it still builds collagen, although not as good as EQ. Keep up the good work bro.
 
Why did you white out the back of your head? Looking good though. You old avatar pic did not do you justice bro. These are much, much better.

hell yea krish i love it. i am going to use primo next cycle as well i think, i don't know if i am going to stack the two or just use primo. i see no reason to use orals the way they cramp me up. i love tbol and var to death but if i use them again it will be with a lot of water and low doses. i'm talking 30-40mg var tops.

just eq not even using proviron unless its needed. i pop boners like none other on eq. test messes up my libido if i use it for longer than a week or two. pretty weird. i keep proviron on hand its like tylenol for your libido. . i know the eq seems high but i worked up to it from 400mg ew, at that dose i saw decent recovery and pumps went up to 600mg ew much better, at this dose i get the same recovery and pumps i was getting on deca with no sides except tiny acne on my back if i don't scrub with a loofa. lol.
 
that is what i am hearing even 600 of each i hear kicks ass. just so much easier on the lipids i would think. you really get what you pay for i guess.

Thanks my man.. I think I could look better, I just cant do one of my favorite exercises anymore..bent over rows. My lower back is pretty messed up, and doing those just really agitate it. Keep up the great work though..maybe we could hit some back together one day. :)
 
yea i hear you my back is fucked up. i have such a small frame i compress my spine when i go real heavy. i'm gonna start doing those excercises high rep less weight cause i need to start doing them again but i can't deal with the lower back pain i had

well it was always the pictures i had to take myself with a phone. i never was a prada model man i would have been set for life, ive warn their clothes in shows but that is it. runway is very spiratic and its getting real old at this point. i am going to start using my degree i busted my ass for to make the bread.
 
Whats up bud? Congrats you got a nice v shape going for ya. What do you do for your lower back?? I know you said you messed it up so you don't do deads, but I'm curious as to what you do to compensate. What week of your cycle are you on??
 
i started the eq on 4/26 so i think about 14 or 15 weeks. i think i am going to start doing them again light with more reps. any other options you know of would be great to hear
 
Ive actually been doing hyperextensions a few times a week, it seems to help out some, but lower back still very sore. Some days more than others.. I noticed any standing free weight movements irritate it, so I try to do everything seated..

Lower back pain as in your spinal erectors? (the muscles that are isolated doing hyperextentions)

If so, working mine more got them to be less bitch asses... once you bring them up to par your core will feel much better... it's not about avoiding exercises that hurt less... it's about bringing up weak muscles...

It will suck for a few weeks... but they'll thank me for it. I even have to lie down on the gym floor sometimes for a minute... then once they recover i'm back at it, lol.

I think this is just a posing issue. When you're flexing you seem to be pushing your shoulder blades together. Practice squeezing your lats and back muscles, and see if you can hit a lat spread with your hands on your hips. It will take some practice.

Nice development.....you're coming along very well.

Great work, brother.....your back is looking stout. When you learn how to flex your lats, PM me the trick, because I don't know how to pose worth a damn myself, lol, but it doesn't matter, you look jacked up.

the diet could not be easier my friend. i cut 2lbs of steak into .5lb filets and cook a lb of chicken early in the day. i eat 4 .5lb filets of steak throughout the day and the chicken as the day and night go on. since doing that i have transformed. my metabolism is very fast and i think all the carbs and little things to tweak my diet out were just going to waste. you get more out of lean beef than any other food so i decided that my goal was just to get in the beef. my boy is D 1 lacrosse and he doesn't use any protein or any complex diets just shit loads of steak. when i saw him a few months ago i was amazed at his diet and how simple it was. Dieselgunz also does it and his physique is awesome. it works like a charm man

Now bro..... AMEN to what you said. Finally I hear someone talk about pounding down some quality meat rather than a bunch of protein shakes and high carbs for growth.

IMHO nothing will pack on quality lean muscle like meat, whether steak or chicken, fish etc. People think that you need mucho carbs to grow, you don't if you eat enough meat.

K to ya bro for having the balls to say that, when I post up about low carbs and high protein via meat everyone says you can't grow without high carbs. :rolleyes:
 
well i was wasting a good lb of del cecco pasta every night. and i wondered why i had to go to the bathroom so much, my body wasn't using it. you know i have to thank GJOHNSON cause he looked at my diet which was insane and told me to cut out all the pasta and what not and just have good ole beef. you can't beat it. i'm telling you my boy came home from college for a week to visit, i was expecting him to say he used myoplex and muscle milk with exact numbers of carbs taken in. instead right after we worked out he ate two big ass steaks and told me thats all he does. like i always say with roids too, you have to do what works for you. people love test and hate on eq, well i love eq and test is not for me. eq might be mild to some for me its not and gives unreal lean gains with a great appetite. a complex diet might be needed for some but for me its just about packing in that steak and i grow.
 
oh yea for the record since that transformation(ALL YOU SUPP NUTS) ive taken metrx muscle milk only three days in the past month and a half and that was cause i didn't have time to eat steak and had to run out or something. i drink gatorade like its water and get all my good dextrose from that

i know nucca but you never said just eat steak, thats pretty much all i eat, nothing else is a priority but getting in the beef. for sure you always told me but i started making these crazy diets with 5000cals and a balance of carbs and protein shakes. it just doesn't work for me as well as the simple diet. no doubt though you have told me to eat since day 1 i was on here. its just that its what i eat that makes the difference.

Bent rows... reverse and forward grip
Pull Ups reverse and forward grip with weight
Rack deads with pins at the knees.

Those three will thicken your back tremendously. Really no other exercises are necessary.
 
thanks AF, i am gonna start doing lighter weight higher rep deads with squeezed controlled motion. dannomight gave me that tip he got straight from a pro. i was fucking my back up as mentioned with my tiny frame deading so much and what not. thanks all once again and thank you AF for constructive criticism, i know i'm far from my goal and its good to keep the motivation going

hell yea, got me a bowl of chicken i stir fried with some lawry's and a bit of butter, hell yea. ima smoke a fatty and then put down one more .5 lb of steak and some apple sauce.

im with bruce. i hope ot utilize pot so stimulat my apetite and help me get that good rest which is often difficult at college.


some people say no drugs blah blah this and that, but when used in moderation pot can relax me sooo much and help my diet by alllowing me to get in some extra carbs when im bulking.

and im a firm believer in stress messing with gains, pot helps that alot.i can only relieve sooo much stress at the gym
