I was a little worried, but my doc is like the best there is in the state! I'm gonna be doing legs 3x week till I can add in my upper body. God knows my legs need some work!

100% recovery is great news chesty.... 4-6 weeks is nothing ,i know you were out of training for longer with other injuries bro.
