Arm muscles atrophy from herniated disc.... HELP!

did you ever recover strength? i'm in the same position as you except its my spinal accessory nerve. Immediately i had improvement, but it never got better as the months went by.. I'm post op 6 months.

I had a fractured t5. Had tingling in my feet seemingly forever. I was too afraid to touch a weight for almost a year. It will take time. But it will get better.
