I am currently training a person who has a current contract with the Green Bay Arena league. We are doing a workout that was given by the National Strength and Conditioning Association. It involves upper body Monday and Thursday and Lower tuesday and Friday. Sets and reps are between 5-6 sets and 4-6 reps. it is a hard program. It takes about 1oo minutes to complete. Resting only 2.5 minutes in between sets. Does anyone have a program they have used for NFL football players? Or elite college football players? I have only trained high school players, so any help would be greatly apprediated.
