what are your goals to achieve by Dec 31?, and what is your plan to achieve them? How are you going to stay motivated? Post them up here.

here's some preliminary thoughts on mine:

Current bodyweight: 210lbs @ approx. 12% bf = approx 185lbs of lean mass
goal: add 20 lbs of lean mass = 205lbs of lean mass with minimal fat gain

230lbs would be a great accomplishment

Training:
I will be following a modified Dual Factor Hypertrophy Training routine to start with. Seems like the perfect option for me. My goal is hypertrophy, however to achieve the maximum results I am looking for, I believe I need to increase my overall strength. Originally, I was going to combine elements of WSB with DC style training, then I discovered DFHT essentially was created with the same idea in mind.

focus areas:

chest (probably my weakest body part)
arms
shoulders
back
neck/traps

Strength goals:

bench: (my weakest lift)
current:? (need to test this)
goal: 300+ (never broke the 300lb mark....this year it's going to happen)

deadlift:
current- 405 (last max around a month ago)
goal: 500

Food:
create a diet plan based on a minimal of 6 meals/day, totaling 4000+ calories/day, and 250+g of protein/day. I am going to consume food and supplements religiously. This is all important.

Sleep:
A minumum of 8 hrs of sleep every night. This means getting to bed by 11pm every night at the latest. Probably one of the hardest things for me to do.

Progress:
I will be keeping a journal of every trip to the gym, as well as a photo journal taking pics once a month to track my progress. I will also take measurments at the same time of bodyparts and bodyweight.

my goals of size are actually very similiar to yours. I would like to be a little leaner though @ 225. Strength wise over a 100 pounsd on my lacrosse lifts ( squat, bench, powerclean ), i might be adding in a cycle of sust to help the strength gains along. food gaols - 5000 cals a day. sleep 10 hours - 11/12-9/10am the next morning ( 11 am classes )

individually

goal

squat - 405+
clean - 275+
bench - 315+
dead - 500+

last time testing

squat 335
clean 225
bench 255
dead - about 385-395, didnt test

i was right where you were not that long ago. And i still dont do 275 for 5x5 yet, im close, but not there. Its all about desire, i you want it, youll get it...

I'm gonna hit 175 by the year's end. That's a gain of about 15 pounds. Bodyfat's no concern; I'm tired of being scrawny.

CKD till six pack :). I need to get my fat down badly...six pack is an indicator that I'm at my 'own personal' desirable level. So dropping to 150-160 lbs (from 185 lbs)...thats short term though. Long term (till years end) I want to be able to bench 185+, squat 275+, deadlift 250+ plates...man my strength is so disproportionate.

squat: 700+
bench: 500+
deadlift: 800+

(raw, not sure what I could do w/equipment)
