approx 6 months left in the year, what are your goals?

my goals

1) Bodyweight 180 pounds (currently 198) no buffets for me

2) Lifts 20 pull ups; 475 pound deadlift; incline press 275

3) No sports betting, drinking or smoking. (all detrimental)
 
take my to total to 900lbs. (squats/deads/bench)

do a resonable bench (mine sucks)

add 5-10kgs of (mostly) clean mass by october, then cut down and look great for my birthday november :D haha
 
Without getting too specific, I have two main goals (I like to keep specific ones to myself) for the remainder of the year:

1. Honours in all of my university subjects.

2. Buy more 45lb plates :D
 
My goals:


Lose as much b/f as possible by Sept. 3oth.
Oct 1: Change diet. Eat more carbs for energy.
October-December 1st:
Train really hard!! Cardio maybe 2-3 x's a week. Cardio is on the back burner at this point as I am going to try and make some serious gains in the gym!!
December 1st:
Up cardio, while continuing to build muscle!
December 26:
Celebrate one whole year of my new "lifestyle"
Labor Day 2004:
Finally have the body I have dreamed of!!!!
 
Squat-905-Bench-625-Deadlift-800/825 by August 10th, would like a 650 bench by the end of the year.
 
Age - 17
Height - 6'5"
Weight - 230

My goals are to increase my lower body strength to get rid of my patella tendonitis and to increase my vertical jump.

I dont have any measurements of my vertical jump... all I know is that I can do a running one footed, one handed dunk and on a good day, a two handed. The sad thing is... I could jump just as high when I was 15 @ 6'3" 180. Anyway, my dunking goal is two be able to do a two-footed, two-handed dunk by basketball season.

However, my main goal is not strength related. I would like to make All State Basketball next year. I made all-division last year and might have gotten a vote or two for all state.

To achieve my goals... I'm combining heavy lower body training with sprinting and plyometrics. I havent started dieting yet, but it's something that will probably happen sometime this summer.

I'm planning on doing a very clean bulk. My goal is to gain 10-15 ibs of lbm, without any fat gain. Want to bring up my bi's, tri's and delts. So I'll be putting alot of emphasis on them. Also want to bring up my upper chest and the sweeps of my quads. Strentgh goals are not so relavant. I'm already freaky strong, and can easly hurt myself. Would like to work on muscle stamina instread. Handle the same weights, but for higher reps and shorter break times between sets.

Weight - 190
Dead - 445
Squat - 365
Bench - 315-325

16" Inch arms
25" Thighs

315 Bench
375 Dead
275 Squat

195 Lean (BF10%)

Goals by December:

17 Inch arms
28-29 Thighs

405 Bench (Gonna be tuff)
450+ Dead (no problem)
300+ Squat (Will have to work my ass off)

210-220 lean (maby ..lol)
