I did them yesterday for the first time (where you start w/dumbells over your head and then lower your arms to shoulder level) I did 3 sets of 12 w/10# DB's....It felt akward to me and now I know why - I woke up w/the worst fucking pain in my neck/back, could harldy move my head :( Did I do them wrong or what????

no,,,not Arnold Presses...its in Arnolds Book - its a reverse lateral raise...start w/hands straight above head, palms facing each other, then slowly raise down to shoulder heighth w/arms extended straight out (slight bend in elbows) keeping palms facing towards ceiling...then raise back up to start

Sorry book is in locker at gym or else Id give you the page number and exact name of exercise...seems like it works shoulder good, but I pulled a muscle or pinched nerve:confused:

ahh yes, actually that exercise was invented by larry scott. they're also known as W presses and yes they do work.
