any one else had this problem?

I dont know if this is the right place to post this or not, but i dont know where else to go. I ordered george spelwin's chemical wisidry book about five days ago, and it still wont let me download it. i have written the coustomer suport desk twice, and george himself once. i still havent heard from either of them. any one else have this problem, or know how i should go about resolving it?
