Anxiety/panic attack

Does anyone else get panic attacks when they get a haircut? lol

Sounds funny but years ago when I had bad anxiety I would always get them while in the barber chair. I think it had to do with the sound of the clippers or having someone stare at me. I don't know. lol

For some reason I don't have anxiety anymore. I think I more or less learned how to control it. Never took any meds or anything.

To have them while asleep is more common than you would think!
Certain things will trigger them. You learn to live with them and how to control them..

Hey guys yesterday i got my first shot of sustanon at around 2 pm, but at night i experienced an anxiety panic attack, my heart palpitations whent sky high, my breathing rate increased, i thought i was going to die really.

I live alone so i was was scarred sh*tless for about 3 minutes then the panic attack was over.

So im thinking here, could this be anyway related to the sustanon since i only took the first shot today ?

Should i take my other shot of sust on thursday or will it result on another anxiety attack ?

Used to happen to me all the time. I've had to many panic attacks in my time, and each time you think this will be the one, game over, but that never happens. You learn to just wait them out. Now even in the midst of them I try and laugh at myself because I know how ridiculous it is, even as real as it may feel.

Heart palpitations are skipped or irregular beats not just a racing heart, so it does not hurt to get checked out for arrythmias or some other potential underlying problem.

Completely agree with this....I still get them now...and after all these years, they don't get any less scary. They often happen with no rhyme or reason, even when calm. Just have to cope.

Its good to know im not the only one around hehe. That was my first and only panic attack, i did get anxious on wensday night when i hot the bed i started thinking bout a million things, so i turned on the tv and managed myself.

Today i will get my second shot of sust, in bout 1 hour, not nervous just scared that when the night comes i get surprised by another attack. Its horrible....

I used to get panic and anxiety attacks so bad I would totally freak out.
A Dr. should really do a work up to see if something is up with your thyriod, BP, heart. 75% of the time it's your brain playing tricks on you. Unfortunately when that happens the body react and shoot out some extra go juice
Your heart rate goes up. Start to sweat. You get major nervous....

It certainly could be a chemical imbalance. It was for me. But most the time it's in your head .
