Anxiety/panic attack

You're probably just psyching yourself out bro. Sust doesn't cause anxiety so its most likely all in your head.

Someone told me once that 99% of your worries never come true. Hope that helps.

Hey guys yesterday i got my first shot of sustanon at around 2 pm, but at night i experienced an anxiety panic attack, my heart palpitations whent sky high, my breathing rate increased, i thought i was going to die really.

I live alone so i was was scarred sh*tless for about 3 minutes then the panic attack was over.

So im thinking here, could this be anyway related to the sustanon since i only took the first shot today ?

Should i take my other shot of sust on thursday or will it result on another anxiety attack ?

you my friend are prone to bouts of anxiety, talk to a doctor or rough it out.

its not easy i know

better yet try a little clonazepam, like zan-x its made for anxiety, but has a gradual build up, and come down slow, unlike zannies which spike high then drop like a mofo....clonazepam is good if you experience attacks on the regular if its just from the shot try zanx

Dude, I know EXACTLY how you feel. I was diagnosed with severe panic attacks years ago. It had gotten soo bad that i actualy passed out on 3 seperate occasions. I know for a fact that aas can make it worse. But, now I carry one zanax in my pocket all the time, just in case. I have gotten to the point that I can usualy tell when I am going to have one. I try to get to someplace cooler, not so crowded and noisy and drink some cold water. It helps. I have actually had to leave the gym during some kick ass workouts from anxiety attacks. My advice,... see a doctor. If nothing else, you can start understanding what is triggering the attacks and keep lifting. Take care. Good luck.

I've been taking clonazepam for a few months now. Before that was on Xanax for about 2 years and Paxil for 6 years prior. SSRI's suck. Xanax feels good, but you get withdrawls daily. Clonazepam works best for me.

I have had panic attacks so bad that when I was in my early 20's I once went to the emergency room in tears cause I thought I was having a heart attack and dying. They told me take a seat and an hour later when they called on me it was gone. Fuckin ER'

Best thing is to keep your mind occupied. Do math in your head or on paper. Play video games. Do smething physical. Just don't think about it or it snowballs. I KNOW it won't kill me when I have an episode now, but every now and then I still get a good one that scares the shit outta me, but mostly it's just a tight chest and hard to swallow. Almost choke. Feel like my throats closing off.

Good luck bro, and don't let them put you on any SSRI's IMO.

Take it from a panic attack veteran, panic attacks are hit or miss for sure... they can happen moments after a shot, even if you're perfectly calm...or excited (in a good way)... they can happen an hour later or a day later... there is definitely a connection between the entire A A S process and panic attacks... best thing is to convince yourself that you're truly not dying (because that's what it always feels like)... drink some water...walk around... call someone... a neat little trick is to pinch yourself in various spots a bunch of times... the pain from it detracts your mind from the actual attack.

Agree!
You can learn when you are about to have one. THINK positive!!

Are heart palpitations anxiety related? When I did my first cycle with test cyp I woke up in the morning at around 4 and it was the heart palpitations that woke me up. They scared the shit out of me. I took an asprin and went back to bed and they finally stopped. My point is I was sleeping, can you have an anxiety attack while you are sleeping?
