I have no problem with protein intake. I always have some sort of protein with me, whether it's bars, shakes or food. Is there any benefit for someone like me with taking Gear as well?

Absolutely. GEAR isn't just protein intake supplementation. First of all, it can be used to fill in the gaps when you're not eating. Also, as insurance pre and post workout when you need it the most. But it's completely absorbable protein so you know its all being utilized. For guys training hard that's a tremendous advantage -- knowing you're getting the aminos directly into your muscles as opposed to eating calories and passing most of it as waste.
