Tore my right pec this time-had surgery yesterday to reattach it so now I'm stuck in a sling for 6 weeks. Wasnt even going really heavy when it happened but the week before I pushed myself and got 90's for 28 reps nonstop on flat bench. 100's at rep 6 blew it apart. Going to get 2 kits of growth and deca to see how it helps. I am not trying to cut the rehab time down just trying to make it more effective. Injuries suck.
