I think I need it?
Ever find yourself just getting so pissed off about something? I'm a reasonable person (in my own mind, i know lol) but at times i find my temper to be a little short.

Ive had cable for a week now and tonight i got so fucking pissed about one remote being lost and the other being screwed up that i whipped the cable box remote, it hit the coffee table and shattered into little pieces. all of the insides of the remote came out.

but i immediately felt better. and felt guilty too for having thrown the remote.

am i crazy? i dont do this very often at all. in fact its quite rare for me to get this mad. I think it just builds up over time? I usually keep everything in.

can someone here be my shrink? thanks

im the opposite.

i dont get angry with peeps i dont know because they dont matter to me. see what im saying? the only people who can affect me on that level are those close to me who i "let in" so to speak

i got mad because my son temporarily lost one remote (left it in his bedroom where it doesnt belong) and the other one, he used it wrong and then it was all screwed up and wouldnt work and boy did that set me off for some reason.

anyways, now we're off to the cable store to pick up a new remote. but i have to turn in the old one which is broken into pieces. how embarrassing this will be
