I spent a lot of time training like a powerlifter over the years, and it built great size and strength, but due to a lot of factors, small frame, injuries from when I was younger that were never given enough time to totally heal, that kind of stuff, my body just cant handle the super heavy training anymore...
otherwise I would have loved to go the strongman route
I'm primarily lifting like a power lifter and like you said its adding great mass. The strongman stuff is a different game IMO, you keep nailing the same bodyparts day in day out and the endurance you need for it as well.
Those vids were pretty sweet and excellent job you did as well. I would ove to enter into one of those, they look fun as hell but we dont have those anyways around where I live
yeah that one was all mental man and i won the overall for it. I also had the longest arms so i was at every disadvantage possible except i did get to go last to see what i needed to beat.
