I got sick and could hardly eat for two weeks so I didnt get a chance to low carb,now my diet is high pro,mod carb,low fat,but I have decided to bulk up after talking to some people,and worry about cutting when I finally decide to do a show,this time I plan to keep it very clean and possibly lose bf while adding lbm as I will be roughly 500cals over maintenance
im getting my bf tested soon to be sure since I have never had it done and I have been told I will look fatter then a taller guy since I have less places to store it
edit- I do keep carbs low at night and only have carb to kick off my day and pre and post workout,and those are oats and whole wheat wraps,the rest of the day I eat tuna,and other meats and shakes
