after cutting cycle update

Im 19 now,started first year of high school,so probably 5 years,serious the last 3,but diet has always been bulk, my cycle was prop 100mg eod and t3 added in the second half at 12.5 up to 25mcg/day
 
thanks bro,Im really trying to work on keeping a clean diet and hopefully I wont add any more fat when I bulk up this time I start 500mg enanthate 10wks and 35mg dbol ed for 4 weeks tomorrow Im gunning for 210 and hope to compete at 170
 
You are making progress man! Can definitely tell.

As a general rule however, I wouldn't advise anyone to start a bulking phase, 'clean' or 'dirty' until they get to 12-13% bf or lower. I would keep doing what you are doing for awhile. Keep it up!

Different percentages for women of course.
 
I know Im still a bit high to cut but I want that extra weight so when I cut down for the show I wont be as small,even if I get 10lbs of lbm out of this cycle I would be happy

the show is november 20,I think size wise I am fine for the novice class,I just need to cut up which will be a hardcore cutter of 7days a week cardio and a tighter diet then I previously finished, with a base of test and t3 and clen used on and off through out
 
Well first I would have to say you really need to look at your diet and training. For 5 years and a cycle you should have more mass then that. It looks like you have a diet high in calories, but too low in protein. I won't comment any more on that because you will have some excuse I'm sure.

As for the T3. 12.5 mcg is retarted, so is anything under 50mcg. Trust me, I have them prescribed to me. It usually taked 50-75mcg a day to get a person into NORMAL ranges, although 75mcg will prbably put you failry high in that range. Higher then that and muscle and strength starts to go as well. Also, all these people that say low doses don't supress should shut the fuck up. It will shut you down just like 100mg of test a week will. Way too much mis-information about t3 out there.


Also, your bf in the after pictures is around 22-24%. That is very close to what you are. I test people a lot, trust me your not under 20%.
 
i agree. post up your diet and training regime.

you have definetly made progess. it say you went from 22ish to 19ish.

i wouldn't suggest trying to gain mass until you drop a lot more pounds.

i also would hold of on the competition. i don't think youll be ready in time

not sure th lowest I have been since I never worried about dieting before I just wanted to get big,I started 5 years ago at 130lbs and much higher in bf thats for sure,so Ive come a long way since

the diet I am going on to clean bulk is this

meal1
oatmeal
protein shake-made with 2 cups milk


meal2
4 whole eggs
2 egg whites
1 whole wheat bagel

meal3
Tuna on whole wheat wrap

meal4
Chicken breast/w veggies

meal5 Turkey on whole wheat wrap

meal6 post workout
Shake-made w/2cups milk
w2tbsp flax

Meal7 can of tuna on whole wheat wrap

roughly just under 2500cals with roughly 250pro,230carb and 80 fat


training is fine just some bodyparts are lagging ,but have been catching up and getting stronger,but my routine is based around the 5x5

Im still shooting for the show and if I dont make it,next year Ill do it,but I am gearing up to work for that,my bulk is just going to be a month to a month and a half depending on gains and if I add anymore bodyfat,I gain easy so that goal is realistic

and I agree my diet has been usually 150-200grams prot a day,never really went alot higher,but Im getting that under wraps this time and sticking to good diets from now on,no more dirty shit bulks,Im tired of being a fat shit

150-200 grams of protien is not enough. simple as that.

try eating 300-350 grams.

the more protien i eat, the more i found myself growing. (and were not talking about it being from more cals, cause i tried increasing carbs first).

i weigh 211 5'9 @ 9% and i eat 300-325 grams. ive gone as high as 400 grams, but didn't feel anything different.

moral off story, you need more protein
 
I def agree thast why I have upped it to the 250 area,some days I do eat more but this is force feeding now as i was sick a few weeks ago and my appetite isnt what it use to be,I plan to add b12 and hope that helps

I would say 17 is a high estimate for where you are at now. I worked as a personal trainer for almost 5 years and did tons of bf tests. If you were 17 you would have overhang in the gut are which I dont see. I would have to say 13 or 14 percent in my guess and maybe 17 when you started.

Oak, or the guys that said you are 13% or 14% Look at the thread above you "mikeyboy604" who wants people to estimate his BF% and people are saying he is about 13% or 14%, now i think he may be a bit lower then 13% or 14% but look at his pictures and then tell me if you are as lean as that, because then if you are that would make you about 13% or 14%. Now in my honest opinion i think you are between 20% and 24% BF Range !!!

Now have you been low carbing it like i suggested ? what is your diet like right now ?

I got sick and could hardly eat for two weeks so I didnt get a chance to low carb,now my diet is high pro,mod carb,low fat,but I have decided to bulk up after talking to some people,and worry about cutting when I finally decide to do a show,this time I plan to keep it very clean and possibly lose bf while adding lbm as I will be roughly 500cals over maintenance

im getting my bf tested soon to be sure since I have never had it done and I have been told I will look fatter then a taller guy since I have less places to store it

edit- I do keep carbs low at night and only have carb to kick off my day and pre and post workout,and those are oats and whole wheat wraps,the rest of the day I eat tuna,and other meats and shakes

you can disagree with me if you want and I agree that it is hard to tell from pics. All I know is I have done hundreds of BF tests and that would be my best guess from the pics. I could be completely wrong though.

In my general experience when guys get above 16 or 17% they have guts that hang over their belts which I dont see on him and when you get in the 20's there is serious over hangage in the gut area. JMO

Alright lets split the difference here. You said he was between 20 and 24% BF. He said he weighed around 210. If he was 22% at that weight that would mean he has 46.2 lbs of fat on him. Go to the butcher shop one time and look at a lb of fat. It is about the size of a junior league footbal. Now ad 46 of those to someones body and imagine what that would look like. There is no way he is that high IMO.
 
I certainly didnt think I was a quater fat,but who knows right,never had a test done,and Ive been told everything from 13 -25% so I guess its how someone looks at it,if I get the extra cash Ill get the test this week

this is the 2nd thread where you've explained it that way. you can't just do it like that. I can show you a guy at 200 pounds who is 7-8% with a six-pack and he'll look like there is close 0 pounds of fat on him, but there is still 15 pounds of fat spread all over his body even though he looks really lean. 15 junior league footballs worth of fat. so if he looks like he has almost none, it is fair to assume that oak has at least double to triple that amount. he is trying to pose in these pics to minimize his gut, which he should do, but that doesn't mean it's not there.

Oak good luck if needsize is coaching you I'm sure you'll do well!
 
I understand that bodyfat can be held intramuscular which will not show on the surface but none of us can judge that. The only way to truly find out is to get in a tank, calipers and scales are not worth a shit IMO.
 
ya the hosting sucks ass on that site,and I def hope to train with needsize later in the year,I need the push in the gym

and damn right I was posing to try and hide fat lol,ya caught me,Im not to worried about where I am at now,just where I will be when its contest time,aslong as my belly doesnt stick out when I am relaxed I dont care,its time to get huge,Im gunning for 225 by years end same bf,planning another cycle after this one in the fall
 
you should really come over to the club, theres me and alltraps whose around 260lbs now, and the cops rudy and jeff are there a lot too, and those dudes are both huge, jeff was almost 290 when he started his contest diet.
Nothing like training around freaks to get your motivation going
 
in september Ill get over for sure,but Im stuck at bodyline until then,however if I get a good enough job this summer I should be able to swing both so I will let you know,and if I cant Ill use that time to get stronger so I can lift half the weights you guys do.But I am really looking forward to coming over asap

btw I saw that junior competitor at the stratford show on saturday,glad I decided to take some time off he looked really good,to bad nobody else showed up in his class .

do you eat that much protein while cutting, too?

I'm 211, 6'1", ~11-14%bf and I'm cutting now and I'm just wondering if how much protein you think I should be getting.
 
good getting just under 3k clean cals,strengths going up and in 2 weeks I am up to 195 from 189,gunning for 210 same bf
