not sure th lowest I have been since I never worried about dieting before I just wanted to get big,I started 5 years ago at 130lbs and much higher in bf thats for sure,so Ive come a long way since
the diet I am going on to clean bulk is this
meal1
oatmeal
protein shake-made with 2 cups milk
meal2
4 whole eggs
2 egg whites
1 whole wheat bagel
meal3
Tuna on whole wheat wrap
meal4
Chicken breast/w veggies
meal5 Turkey on whole wheat wrap
meal6 post workout
Shake-made w/2cups milk
w2tbsp flax
Meal7 can of tuna on whole wheat wrap
roughly just under 2500cals with roughly 250pro,230carb and 80 fat
training is fine just some bodyparts are lagging ,but have been catching up and getting stronger,but my routine is based around the 5x5
Im still shooting for the show and if I dont make it,next year Ill do it,but I am gearing up to work for that,my bulk is just going to be a month to a month and a half depending on gains and if I add anymore bodyfat,I gain easy so that goal is realistic
and I agree my diet has been usually 150-200grams prot a day,never really went alot higher,but Im getting that under wraps this time and sticking to good diets from now on,no more dirty shit bulks,Im tired of being a fat shit
