Ya I took half a dose preworkout. I think I need to take it a little earlier. Took it a little while to kick in but I def noticed it. Went a little crazy and was in the facking zone. 12-15 sets of 10 reps with 20 secs of rest between sets starting with 70 pounds stopping at 35 pounds.

I only took half of 1 lol.

But both are pretty damn strong.
