I can remove fat from every area of my body except my mid section , ive tried dieting and hardcore cardio but no matter what I cant get that stubborn fat to leave, theres not alot there but it jsut WONT FUCKEN SHRED OFF! AYEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEe any suggestions? I am beginning to believe with my genetics I canNOT get a 6pack. JK I know its possible but what the fuck honestly? I am injured and can't juice im eating clean and low calories although losing some weight in the process... cant a man just get shredded these days? fuck.

diet is usually the culprit. not sure what yours has been but i was to the point of slowly cutting out carbs each week til i was down to roughly 50 grams of carbs per day (coming only from veggies), the rest of my meals consisting of mainly protein and fats and amino acids. i was also keeping my weights as heavy as possible and doin cardio 3-4 times a week. by the time i was ready to vacation i had achieved a near 8 pack. i was tired all fuckin day and high off stimulants...good fats were all that were keeping me from fainting.
 
if youv been fat your whole life your fucked, older you were when you became unfat is les and less chance youl ever have abs.

to have etched out abs the diet has to be really tight and in complete check. cardio has to be at the right level. it took me really, really low calories to get completely shredded in the past. it was a pain in the ass but it works.
 
Build bigger abs. They will show better and the heavy work needed to build them will help get rid of the fat.

thats actually what ive done and thats a perfect statement. since ive used extra weight for my abs and built them up (more muscle burns fat) my abs show more. sometimes when i have a shirt on i look like i have a gut but in reality its my abs protruding. think about it...when you build up your biceps or back, for example, the more muscle that you have in that area the less fat there is there as well.
 
Dieting is a huge part of getting a six pack. And with men, the stomach is usually the last place the fat comes off when cutting. That's why most pro bodybuilders only have huge bellies when they are bulking. Fat gets put on there first and comes off of there last.

5%? dude, thats competition level. abs will show on people at 9 to 10%. problem is most people dont know what that level of bf looks like.

maintaining 5% BF for an extended amount of time is not only damn near impossible, but unhealthy as well. Most people say 8% is prime for males.
