a quick question

ok when on a cycle around how many grams of protien do you take in post work out??? when not on a cycle i was takeing in 40-45 grams now i take in about 65-70 grams is that to much or will i use all of it???
 
So how much carbs and proteins should be included in a post-workout drink? Below are three different recommendations:

Carbs: 0.4-0.8 grams/ kilogram of bodyweight
Protein: 0.2-0.4 grams/ kilogram of bodyweight

Carbs: 5 grams/ 10 pounds of bodyweight
Protein: 5 grams/ 20 pounds of bodyweight

Carbs: 0.25-0.50g/lb of lean body mass
Protein: 0.25-0.30g/lb of lean body mass

not sure if you will use it all, but I use about 60-70 grams of protein in every protein shake i drink, whenever I use them, before or after workouts, before bed, in the morning when I wake up
