Today was 60 minutes of pure yoga & stretching AFTER my day 3 of Legs (i.e Day 1 Back Squat, Day 2 Front Squat, Day 3 Back Squat) and OMFG did I need it. I MADE IT THRU MY FIRST WEEK OF 3 legs days!!! I LIKE IT but man is it tough! I think Im going to keep my schedule this way for awhile... I MAY need to split up 60 min session to have 30 min pilates 30 min yoga ... Need to figure out a plan b/c I have some things I am going to take on in the future... some type of structure needed...

*Side bar* My 3rd set of clothes are starting to get tight so that means it's time to 'cut' back down to my maintenance clothes ... YES during the Holidays. I was thinking about doing a little project again, probably for the next 9-10 weeks. I will do my best to post daily food & training but it will be hard as this is the busiest time of the year for us, really through January. At that time I will be then going back to school to add to the chaos, but it needs to be done.

* I've already taken before pics! lol :evil:
* Tomorrow AM I get my RMR & 7 pinch BF % test Caliper'd
* Not sure yet how I will be doing updates, but I am thinking BF every week or two, and I will post pics in groups of 3 (i.e week 1,2,3 will be posted for comparisions, week 4,5,6 then 7,8,9, then that should about do it.)
* I am NOT sure what I am going to do with diet. I have never done a 'true' carb rotation for a cut so I THINK I may just try it out, making sure my carb UP days fall on holidays & special event and/or cheat days.

And that's where I'm at. :)

Thank you :) I sure hope so. Ever since I started putting my plans OUT THERE something happens to see I do not or cannot accomplish it. Whether the universe is not allowing it or someone won't put down the Bunny voodoo doll, I'll never know, but always keep trying.

I will post pics, 3 weeks from now with week 1, 2, and 3 for comparision :D

If anyone can order the universal chaos, it has to be you, Bunny! You have accomplished so much I cannot believe the forces of nature will reckon with you :) Great news about going back to school, I wish all your dreams to come true.

65 x 6
85 x 6 (this was kinda tough)
110 x 4 (almost GM’d on last one)
75 x 9 (sat in hole on 8th )

Just curious, what's GM'd?

Thanks HiDn. It was rough. This lack of Cardio is KILLING my endurance it's ridiculous. Body is yelling at me for more so I gotta try to fit some in.

I came to the same conclusion...
...and I typed "wow... I really need to start doing cardio again, this is ridiculous" :)

How many shirts you go through in a w.o.? I bet you have a towel or something, right? ;)

Me... usually 2...depending on how fast paced I am :verygood:
