*** Happy Hump Day!! Going to get poked for round II today … & adjusted!!!! I’m so excited .. well kinda… :lmao: I must remember to tell his assistant change the CD now I know the drill. I was able to manage a ~20 min jog this morning so I feel pretty good. Had the inclination to meditate at the top of the Hill today but not enough time :whatever: … Getting me to sit in one place (without needled in me) proves to be a difficult task … :evil: :) I hope to see my puppy later after work (pre sticking) so I can take him for a walk ... I miss that dog so much .... argh .... Have a wonderful day!!:kiss:

That pic always cracks me up!! :)

We all have bad days, weeks and sometimes even months ... but positive reinforcement sure does help .... so take a moment to give yourself a pat on the back once in a while & as weird as it may be, think about 5 things you really like about yourself and that make you happy, especially when you are down or not feeling well. :rose:

I know we all have bad days....But they may only be bad from our perspective, by our own standards!! Maybe we have to learn something that day, and the only way to see beyond ourselves is by slowing down...GOD has greta plans for all of us, even fitness is in his schedule. He is a great guy, he made this world for us to enjoy and have a jolly good time! LOL...He never thought Adam was going to ruin it for us and have problems because of him...No need to blame the women guys...LOL LMAO....I am not a saint...LOL you know THAT...but c'mon lets get past those cloudy days because the sun is always shinin!!!Just like us... :heart: :rose: :kiss: :idea: :twirl: :friends: All those perty faces have a meaning!!! Just like we do!!!Gone to HITT someone...LOL

Positive reinforcement isn't the easiest thing to give yourself, oddly enough. It sure is easy pointing out flaws though! ;)

YUP! Funny how that works eh? You gotta flip the script & break the pattern. Could be a life long process but hey, I try to a little bit everyday ... baby steps ... it's easier when you distance yourself from people who bring you down though, that's for sure. Now when it's your own self bringing you down, that's who you have to face head on b/c they ain't going anywhere :):D
