What up dawg!? :) heehee:FRlol: I had a good morning when I was running. I am kinda bummed b/c 2 accounts cancelled b/c they didn't have any $$ to pay their bill. To boot, I may lose my largest account I have on the books b/c the competition under cuts our pricing by BIG #'s and there is nothing I can do about it. I can pay these peoples bills or tell them how to run their biz, so I have to not think of it as time wasted, move on, let them go, and try to find more accounts to replace them. It stinks :( Oh well, whaddyagonnado ... :whatever:

Anywho, on a better note, mm you have transformed yourself fantasically. It's AWESOME. Your hard work deserves recognition IMO. Best wishes & positive k+ your way :rose:

• walk 60 seconds / jog 120 seconds to back of Hill, walk stairs 4 at a time (they are really close together it’s weird) = ~ 10 minutes

o 5 progressive sprints @ the top of “The Hill” = ~8 minutes
o 20 seconds to sprint + walk back
o 17 seconds to sprint + walk back
o 17-18 seconds to sprint + walk back
o 17-18 seconds to sprint + walk back
o 16 seconds to sprint + walk back


• Jog down hill + 60 seconds jog / walk 60 seconds
• Run 120 seconds / walk 60 seconds back to condo = ~9 minutes

• ~ 1.5 - 2 Cups Green Beans (Green/Yellow String beans mixed with Italian Style GB’s )


2:30 P.M. -
Meal # 3 :
• 4.5 oz Fit N Easy Grilled Chicken Breast Tenderloins (Same as above) (added 2 teaspoons EVOO)
• ~ 1.5 - 2 Cups Green Beans (Green/Yellow String beans mixed with Italian Style GB’s )

Workout Rating: 8 – Sprints felt great … like my egs were gonna buckle :)

Mental Day Rating: 4 - Work made sure to drag this # down that's for sure. Enough said.

Bod Rating: 5 - Neck still tight, tensing shoulders often, need to adjust is high, need to schedule another massage to loosen me up ... :(

Overall Day rating: 5 - Aside from being alive & kicking, realized today how much I do not like my job ... hanging in there for as long as I can & trying to do something about it.
