Repeat away. Thanks HiDn, encouragement helps. For anyone that thinks I don't need it? You are WRONG. I need it.HiDnGoD said:I kinda feel like the initiate talking to the Pope here, but:
On that second picture, the way you are on your toes. Do you do that too when you do calf raises? I had someone point out to me a few years ago that it's common for people to angle your feet like that, with the heels reaching to each other. He told me to focus & ensure that the plane of the bottom of the foot stays horizontal to the floor when doing calf raises. I must admit, it is tougher & I think it helped me a lot.
BTW, I love your back & shoulder definition. Don't know if I've said that before, but it is awesome. Am I repeating myself here? Don't know if I've said that before, but it is awesome. Am I repeating myself here?

Anyway, no I don't do that on calf raises. I try to push with my big toes since I have obvious imbalances in my ankles, could be from how the right one healed after I got hit my a car & severed a bizzone & I had reconstruction & all that fun stuff.

SO with that said, lol way TMI here, when you pose in heels your HEELS should be together in the shoes, I was mimicing the stance, or trying to without the heels.
