A.M. Workout – Legs Part II – Ham Focus On Empty, No DWO Shake…

Legs Part II – Ham Focus –
• ATF Back Squats
– Bar (45) / 15 reps (warm up)
– Bar + 20 (65) / 12 reps
– Bar + 50 (95) / 8 reps
– Bar + 70 (115) / 6 reps
– Bar + 90 (135) / 3 reps {NEW PR!!! YAY, had random stand behind me to make sure I didn’t bottom out lol .. “it’s all you it’s all you …” Had a few guys trying not to look … I was SO happy when I did this, I was also very scared lol }
• SLDL – Weighted Barbell (WBB) On block for 1st two sets, last on floor
– 90 lb WBB / 10 reps
– 100 lb WBB / 8 reps
– 100 lb WBB / 8 reps
• BSW’s (35s) Prone Leg Curls
– 70 lbs / 7 Full Reps + 21’s + 7 Full Reps X 3
• Hypers / Ham Raises
– 4 unweighted Ham Raises
– 10 Ham Raises / 25 lb plate behind head
– 10 Ham Raises + 5 Hypers / 10 lb plate behind head
– 10 Ham Raises + 10 Hypers (alternating) / 10 lb plate behind head

A.M. PWO Cardio –
• Precor Elliptical – 60 minutes
Intervals, Level = L, 3 minutes each until L15, stayed there for remainder
– L5, L6, L7, L8, L9, L10, L11, L12, L13, L14, L15 you get the idea
