Slept in today. I’m drained. TGTF. My right knee has ached since yesterday’s YPT session… feels like the iliotibial band or close to that … Skimped out on calves (weighted) & legs to not aggravate anything further. See how it feels tomorrow for Legs. Have a great day everyone. Sun is out
