A Journey: Dead Solid, Perfect - *Bunny* Log

Just stoppin' by to say hello! After all the cleaning you did, I hope you did some REAL relaxing on the couch!! I'm not a napper, but I snoozed for awhile later afternoon (all that food and wine, lol)

Saw the massage too - Are you still doing accupuncture?

WW - Thank you for reminding me about the massage!!! I called to schedule another one but my girl is outta town! Grr lol, booked solid until the 30th too... I haven't gone back for Acu but I may to keep my energy pathways 'clear' ... I really believe in energy blocks & much to the CMT principles but haven't been able to pursue the Acu as much as I would have like. I START yoga/pilates stuff wed though!!! YAY, I'm excited, new stuff :D Oh, and I was NEVER a napper. Now I just always wanna sleep ... or relax, lay down, chill ...

Anywoooooo, thanks for droppingin! Lets the some pics gf! I'm sure you look fabulous! My pics & updated mm's will be Wednesday if my girl emails me back saying she can hook it up :)
 
I hear ya on stalling out if you go too heavy on Squats. Maybe a tad more rest would make it better - between sets I mean.

Either way I think you will be pushing 135 through the ceiling by the end of Sept. After the show if you still think you want to push this lift you may want to try doing back squats 2x a week and fronts once. I would never tell a woman that has had ropes showing on her hip bones what to do as you obviously know way more than me - but I just love squatting and getting stronger at it....and training the lift instead of the muscle helped me get a lot stronger.

As the weeks went on and on I noticed I had to nap.. sometimes twice a day... You have to allow for it or I personally would just crash and then the brain shuts down... and well... You'll be fine.
Caught up on some of your log. I'll have to see what is going on at work when I get back and I'll let u know if I can go to the show or not!!
All I can say is at this point in the game with dieting down u cant stress about what is underdeveloped on your body. Actually u cant stress about a lot of things because then it will be more difficult for the weight to come off with cortisol levels rising. Mentally though I would start prepping yourself.... U never know what one judge will think compared to another judge. My scores were all over the place... So you have to tell yourself that u did everthing u could do and just know that u did your best and again it is another starting point. It shouldn't matter especially on the first show what u place. I think the goal should be just being on stage and knowing most people would never attempt that. If you place then that's just bonus points. I think most here agree that you have a great physique and should get first, but just realize we are not the final judge. So prep your head for taking first but always keep the thought that its o.k. to even be last. Or else I know I would have been really screwed up. I look at my placing as a great starting point to only improve off of. Another way to look at it as compare pictures over the past two years' and show yourself how much work you have done to improve yourself. Be your own competitor. I think if you always try to top the last thing u did in the end u will always come out ahead then those always trying to beat out another person... O.k. my 2 cents over :)

Good info Treil!!! Acu has me very interested, and I'll keep reading to see how the massage and yoga/pilates helps in the areas of engery/focus/mental health....
