Yepper. Work your way up from the bottom. I have the help of Cathy Savage :) VERY helpful stuff. :)
Won't be on alot today, MUCH work to do.

I did Back & Sprints today :) Tonight it's going to be Traps, Post/lat delts, possibly calves & abs.

I may have to go to a birthday party so that should be good to get out. I have NO inclination to drink at all WHATSOEVER. Now eating icecream & chocolate is another story :rolleyes:.

Happy friday, just got back from class and now im in work =[

GOOd thing is...i dropped by the gym before work to see if my boy was there because he was holding some gear for me (bench shirts not real GEAR lol) But i got a nice bench shirt that i am going to get the open backed closed up. and some shorts to keep in place.

I wanna see you killin some new PRs today =]

Today not really pr based with back, traps & post/lat delts, more form orientated. :)

I expect strength to begin to taper shortly but who knows with the random increases I've had in the past. If they keep increases with my main goal being to cut for this show, then FINE BY ME... have to keep focused on the ultimate goal these days & not get too overzealous & injure myself lol :D
