On to the sleeping. So why no ambien or something like that...Lunesta or something.....are these not a considerable option? I take unisom and tylenol PM from time to time and I still wake up at least 5x a night. Not everyone can sleep great - but, not everyone can look great either!
I try not to take ANYthing habit forming unless absolutely necessary. I'll just leave it at that. :)

It wasn't even really soft core and they cut away RIGHT before anything would happen (i.e. girl scenes, but happily show the nekkidness of course :rolleyes: ) hilarious... and even MORE hilarious was the postioning of the men during a 'love scene' with the female LMFAO ... the guy would be humping the chicks calves ... :FRlol:

You'd be surprised at the people I met and things Ive seen working at that bar. And it was an older crowd 'classy' cigar bar type joint :) lol /end of story :)

rocco... I think I took two in the morning to wake me up, but I didn't even train. I took everyone out to dinner last night for my moms birthday. I didnt even finish my food, but I did finish my 'rita :evil:

– If I cannot get my calves to rest on hams, I’ll always hit BELOW parallel
45 x 6 (sat in hole for a few)
65 x 6
85 x 6 (this was kinda tough)
110 x 4 (almost GM’d on last one)
75 x 9 (sat in hole on 8th )

*a LOT of stretching in-between sets*


Reverse BB Lunges – First time doing these :)
45 x 6 each leg
55 x 6 each leg
65 x 6 each leg
75 x 6 each leg (bottomed out on one)


A.M. PWO Cardio Step Mill – Level 10, Level 8, Speed Interval Program but HR 175-185 at LEAST the entire time, after 10 min I was going to :sick:
