yea i feel greatful.. but it dont matter, a women no matter what they look like can crawl under your skin right to the main nerve. we have been married 13 years so go figure. She found all of my nerves

yea she took nolvadex straight through for about 4 months.. tried hgh but about a week into i told her it wasnt working and instead of wasting it i will just increase my units.. :)

My wife has had 2 children and is still 5 foot and weighs less than 110 lbs. So many women out there use child birth as an excuse to get fat and lazy. My wife was up to 160 lbs with our second baby, much like you were over 200 lbs. I think women should be a true inspiration to all men. It is amazing how much your bodies can go through and still look so great. You are a beautiful woman in all senses.
 
I just thought of a question for you. Are you breastfeeding now? That really seems to help with weight loss after birth. My wife did with both of our kids and the weight just melted off. Lots of literature on this too, so its proven.

no the breast feeding was for me, the kids had infamil (soy) :p

What kind of diet and workout routine did you follow after each pregnancy? The reason i ask, is that my girl is trying to get pregnant and I want to know what routine and diet to suggest for her when and if she does have a kid. thanks

Maybe it is me, maybe I am a bit prude... whatever... But I really don't think you should post pics that are showing your breasts or full asses. Is that the attention you are trying to get? Guys will not look at your accomplishments with pictures like that. Be proud of what you have done to transform your physique and show it off properly.
