I might delete these after a few days, so please do not quote the pictures. I'll just have the mods help me out if you do :)

OK. This is me with about 12-14 new pounds from my test E and primo run. I got sloppy with diet the past few weeks, so my abs are not as pronounced as they should be.

I need to improve on my calves. And get a tan. I'll see if I can get some actual BB poses done soon...this way I can get feedback regarding other parts such as delts, hams, tris, etc.

Be gentle! (oh, and I'm sorry that I am naked).

i dunno what u r apologising for...if i looked like u i wouldn't wear clothes anymore than i had to! :artist:

your "lack of visible abs" is not an issue for me. i look for overall symatry (sp?) balance and pleasing proportions...which you have down to damn near perfection.

Hey man we have a simliar build . I am 5'8 and range from 205-215 been heavier but very sloppy ( not sure exactly what you way or you're height just going by the frame and shape)
We both have a short midsection and it is hard for us to show full ab development.
You can hit the poses you just have to kinda lay back the upper torso, stick the hips out a little and kinda lean back with the hands above the head , exhale all the air out of the midsection and squeeze then kinda move left and right a little untill you find the best angle to flex the stomach. the abs will look short but they will pop out. It takes some practice with a shorter midsection.

Congrats on the gains You def worked the fuck outta the legs . Glad to see you made such gains on such a low dose.
No need to abuse it , gain 4-5 lbs here and their off low dose cycles in the future and in no time you will be where you want to be and still avoid unwanted side effects and
avoid that nasty bloated look most guys get
You're proof most guys never need a gram of test and crazy cycles to build the body to a respectable size that can hold it's own in any gym
 
swole, you look good bro! you have symmetry and your waist is tiny and fat free lol

as far as "visible abs"....... as you know, that's a lil tweak in diet for a few weeks

and simple crunches. ( and DON'T listen to folks that say you gotta do heavy
weight for abs. bullshit!!!)

Big, but elegantly long kinda like a track athlete which i feel is a better look anyway.
 
thanks OMEGA, i know my legs are relatively long for my body...this makes bringing my hamstrings up more difficult

ok...I'll bite...how can i look 15lbs heavier?

I am gonna take a wild guess at it.
I bet Omega with focus on side deltoids
forearms and brachalis ( side of the upper arm )

calves./soleus/tibialis aka ( lower leg development )

and upper chest with more trap development ,

Or he will suggest you shove a 15 lb dumbell down your pants and run around the gym LOL !

but i don't want crazy trap development

upper chest is getting there, i know the lighting is very bright but it's not a lagging area

i DEFINITELY need more calv development

side delts are good in my opinion, again it's hard to tell with that lighting but my delts are decent (you can kinda tell in the last pic and from my other gallery shots)

very bad angle for forearms which aren't bad either i swear!!!

i need to improve: calves, outer bicep head (been doing drag curls and twisting concentration curls at the top to work the outer head) and more mass on my tris

i am ALWAYS up for suggestions and what to focus on, that's what we're here for...if someone says you need to fix this, i'll warp my damn mind around it until it happens

Yeah my outer bicep. outer tricep and calves are weak too. Let me know how those work on the biceps

I apoligize I am sorry bro , I did not mean nothing negative at all, you have tremendous physic and look great.

what I ment about the extra 15lbs is How I THINK omega ould approach you're physic.
using the silloete of the body. What you do is black out the body and only look at the " shape " and focus on exaggerating the muscles that would create a wider shoulder to waiste taper, Then turned side ways but blacked out you look at things such as the sweep of the quads, thickness of the back and so on.

After awhile you start to look from head to toe at pics of the basic angles front back and side and pic areas to focus on that do things such as make a shirt hang off the calvical better, or make you're lower leg look jacked wearing a pair of shorts, and so on.

then once the package is built you polish it off with seperation , definition of the muscle.

You have some a huge way my friend. In a short time. be thankful you have the genetics to take it very far. Not all guys can achieve you're look.

I am not huge but can hold my own in the gym at 5'8 and 210 right now. Every day I walk into the gym I am thankful for my genetics to be able to use such low doses and see great gains , you should be also my friend it is a gift not everyone gets , even if they use twice the doses we use.

KEEP LIFTING MAN YOU LOOK GREAT!

Whats with the pants around the ankles? That's almost as bad as black, knee high socks with saggy boxers. That black dot has to go, too. Otherwise, you look outstanding! Great symmetry.

J/K- Looks great man...if I could lose my visceral fat and add another 25 pounds I think I could have a similar physique.

Thanks ATW! I have a nifty squat routine that seems to work.

My calves coming along! I am working them twice per week with heavy weight.

From the back they actually look good, it's that inner muscle (or lack thereof) that pales them in comparison with my quads. They are growing which is a sigh of relief since it's only been 2 weeks of extra effort.

Yeah looking great.

Just reminding you that you can hit calves than most other muscles.

Twice a week is great! Also, I had good luck doing lighter weights with a lot of reps.
