8 weeks Out Diet Can You Ladies Take A Look....Feedback?

Yeah 1st day is the high carb day.

Last show I can in at 8% and 128 but I also started 12 weeks out. I have more muscle mass now but I am a lot heavier and I have 8 weeks. Diet is key for me, my genetics play a helpful role cause when I am strict I lose pretty fast and mantain my muscle. I'm just nervous about the time factor now.
 
I just started using the HumanoVar and I notice that it makes me sleep better and I had some mass and strength gains. I am not sure if it is from that directly but it seems to do good things.

Could you post your lift schedule, especially interested in you leg routine. I am apx. the same height and weight and I am still trying a leg routine that works for me. I carry a lot of natural mass down there and have a hell of time keeping it balance. BTW: I have learned so much about diet on this board and I wish I had know about his years ago LOL. I am a

lways interested in what you guys suggest.

Wow - women come in as low as 7-8% for fitness competitions? That seems very low - isn't that as low as most female bodybuilders go?

Kat1-
For my legs b/c this is where I get thick I am doing a lot of supersets. I work in lundges and also running the stairs into my weight workout at the end and between some sets. This keeps my legs tighter and is getting them lean faster. Running also helps me with my legs and ass.
