8 weeks Out Diet Can You Ladies Take A Look....Feedback?

It goes on a three day cycle and then repeats (1 high carb day followed by 2 low carb days)

Day 1
1) 4 egg whites 1 whole egg, 1/2 C oatmeal
2) 4 oz chicken breast
3) 2 oz veggie, 1/2 potato, 4 oz tuna
4) 4 oz turkey breast
5) 4 oz veggie, 1/2 C brown rice, 4 oz chicken breast
6) 1 scoop protein powder

Day 2
1) 2 Egg whites, 1 Turkey Patty, 1/2 C Cream of Wheat
2) 4 oz Tuna
3) 2 C Steamed Cabbage, 4 oz chicken breast
4) 6 oz chicken breast
5) 6 oz tuna

Day 3
1) 2 Egg Whites, 4 oz chicken breast, 1 C Oatmeal
2) 4 oz chicken breast
3) 2 C Veggies, 2 C green salad, 1T low fat dressing, 6 oz Tuna
4) 6 oz Tuna or turkey breast
5) 5 oz red snapper, 4 oz veggie

I have been supplementing with Glutamine, BCAA's, Multi, Vit-C, Vit-E, Folic Acid, Iron, Calcium Magnesium, 3 tsp first meal mid and last of Essential Balance Organic Oil Blend, and either Hydroxycut or Thermonol XS.

I also have a product called HumanoVar and MX7 both by GEN that I take before bed.

I am at 145 lbs now, last time I checked my bf it was 14% but I think I gained since I was sick and did not train or diet for 1.5 weeks (maybe 15-16 now). I am 21yrs old. 5'5". I have good genetics and tend to drop fast when I diet strict. I started to eat strict two days ago and will go on this diet tommorrow 8 weeks out from my show.

Last show I was at 128lbs competition and about 7-8% bodyfat LBM of 118. My LBM has gone up to 121 so I think I will come into this contest about 132, that is the goal anyways.

I have 8 weeks to lose this fat and win this show...any advice after checking my program out.

I lift 5 times a week with my trainer (legs twice cause I have a big ass) and work some body parts extra and I do 40-60 min cardio a day right now. My ass and love handles are the problem areas for me and this show I want my glut-ham tie in to come in (that is what I lacked last time the most).

HELP. I need a plan and any sugg on suppl. legal and not are welcome.

I have this big show in 8 weeks and then my national show 8 weeks after that (16 from now). The goal is to win the first and come into nationals looking even better and have a great showing. Turning pro is the goal 2002-2003 so with all this info. Let me know what you think??
 
Why cabbage and not a cruciferrous veggie instead?

You might try taking 200-300 milligrams of alpha lipoic acid twice a day on your high carb days, just to ramjet as much glycogen as possible into your muscles. It has additional antioxidant benefits, as well. Cornholio had a good thread on the subject, which may be a couple pages back by now... I'll see if I can bump it for you.
 
I'm feeling a little blind here. Which day is your high carb day???? What os the breakdown of macronutrients for each day. It doesn't look like much food to me on any day......

Cabbage IS a cruciferous veggie last time I studied botany. In any event, this diet looks so low in starchy carbs and fat that I don't imagine ALA will be needed. Your insulin sensitivity will already be about as good as you can get. Otherwise is looks pretty good to me. Do you plan any cheat meals or cheat days? Are you using any AAS? You might wanna try some yohimbine for that ass/love handle area if you haven't already.

I am debating whether or not I am going to get some "gear" for this show. I have this one in 8 and then my bigger show in 16. Where do I get Yohimbine and how do you take it?

I am heavy right now so I need to get my ass in shape like yesterday so I may need AAS or Clen????

Any thoughts
 
For yohimbine I highly recommend LipoDerm from Avant Labs, or Yohimburn over at anabolic fitness (http://www.anabolicfitness.net/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=CTGY&Store_Code=AFS&Category_Code=WLP)

Balanced oils (organic or not) are what I also use almost exclusively. They have a good balance of omega 3 to omega 6, unlike straight flaxseed oil which is heavy on the omega 3. Flaxseed oil is good for folks just coming off a typical American diet since they tend to be deficient in omega 3s, but once the deficieny is corrected you should aim for a more balanced intake of EFAs. Udo's choice is the 'original". I make my own blend which is just flaxseed oil and safflower oil.

I've just read you post about AAS, and I'm waiting to hear WarLobo's take on the sitch. My image of "fitness" competitors doesn't lead me to think of AAS as essential, but then I really don't keep up with that category of competition. It's not like you need to be freakish lean or freakish muscular. I would think that if you come in at 7-8%bf and ~130 lbs at 5'5" that you should be plenty lean enough and muscular enough as is. But it's hard to say without seeing ya since genetics plays a huge factor. If Pro is your goal then you do what ya gotta do to win. Your the best one to tell if that requires AAS or not............
 
Is your high carb day the 1 cup of oatmeal? I'd DIE!!! That's 53g of carbs or the 1/2cup day with the 4oz potato? How are you feeling?

How is the Humanovar treating you? I have a bottle but have not taken any yet.
 
Yeah I'm unclear on that too Debu. After re-reading the post, I think she means the first day is the 'high' carb day. I make it to bearound 100g for day 1, 70g for day 2 and 55g for day 3 (not counting veggies etc....). Does that sound right to you liltyson19?
