8 set squats

I am speaking to real world experience, and while I do not have a degree in Anatomy, I have stayed at several Holiday Inn Expresses.

Everyone can become flexable, if it is important to them, and w/ your strength not making this important is going to lead to issues IMO.

I've seen these little bar set-ups that hold the weight on your back with two handles out front so that you can grip in front of you with the weight on your back. Let me find a link or something.

Well, just type into google "safety squat bar" and you'll see some examples. They make bars that are built like I've described and also attatchments that do the same thing when added to a regular olympic bar.

I was telling him to look up anatomy, cause my point won't make sence till you see how it works.

Sometimes i do 8 sets of 3-4 of heavy weight....315-350lbs, try to get all sets in in 10 mins.....But i also love to go with 3 sets 20 225-315lbs than 3 sets of 20 leg press whatever i can get.....usually turns into 2 sets lol
