S s8nlilhlpr Banned May 28, 2007 #8 depends what you count as sets. Top set working weight I can usually manage 3-5. I don't count all the sets leading up to it though, they are just warmup/acclimating to heavier weight so they top sets don't feel like a ton of bricks.
